Do you need an entrance ticket for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland this year?
Yes, all visitors will need to have an entrance ticket before arriving at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. You will need to purchase an Off-Peak, Standard, or Peak entrance ticket depending on when you wish to attend. Please note all members of your party will require an entry ticket. Personal Assistants and Infant (2 and under) will also require a ticket although these will be free of charge.
Additionally, if you spend £20 on any of our attractions, rides or games online and in advance, your entrance ticket will become free when booked in the same transaction!
Do I need to buy my entrance ticket in advance of attending Hyde Park Winter Wonderland?
Tickets will be subject to availability, so we recommend that all visitors purchase their entrance tickets on our official Hyde Park Winter Wonderland website ahead of their visit to avoid disappointment. Please note we are managing our capacity this year to ensure we have flexibility to respond to government guidelines.
Why do I need an entrance ticket for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland?
We are delighted to be able to safely bring Hyde Park Winter Wonderland back to London for some much-needed festive fun after a year off that was tough for so many people. In order to do this, we are managing our capacity and have a robust entry system in place. We are introducing timed entry slots so we can monitor the number of guests at the event more effectively, provide our guests with more space and ensure everyone enjoys Hyde Park Winter Wonderland to the fullest.
What does my entry ticket include?
An entry ticket allows entrance to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. It does not include entry to any attractions or rides or guarantee entry to The Bavarian Hall or any other bar or restaurants. If you would like to visit any of our attractions or pre-bookable rides, we advise purchasing in advance on our website, to avoid any disappointment.
Can I get a Personal Assistant (PA) entrance ticket?
Yes of course! Our PA scheme also works on your entrance tickets. Please do be sure to select your PA entrance ticket as well as your own if you require additional assistance whilst at the event.
Once you have purchased your tickets, your confirmation will contain a link requesting you to upload your documentation to support your PA ticket request. This is to help us ensure only registered accessible customers receive the Personal Assistant ticket.
Please allow 5-7 working days for your request to be processed. If you have not heard back from SEE, please do come along to the event with your tickets (including any PA tickets), as these will be valid and we will be able to assist you further with any queries.
Can I return another day with my entrance ticket?
No. Your entrance ticket to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland will only be valid for the timed entrance slot that you have booked for. If you would like to attend another day or time, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.
How do I receive my tickets?
All tickets to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland are E-tickets. These will be sent to the email address that you provided upon booking with SEE tickets. If you have not received your tickets, please do contact their customer service team: https://winterwonderland.seetickets.com/customerservice
Why do your prices vary depending on the day I wish to come?
Like many of London’s attractions and shows, we are offering a variety of price points, including Off-Peak, Standard, or Peak tickets, to help us manage periods of higher and lower demand. We want to encourage our customers to visit when the event will be quieter and therefore, many of our midweek morning entry times are free-of-charge. Additionally, if you spend £20 on any of our attractions, rides, or games online and in advance, you will receive a free entrance ticket when booked in the same transaction!
Are there any days I can attend for free?
Yes, entrance tickets for our off-peak days and times will be free to book. Please note, even though entrance is free on these days you will still need to book a ticket.
Additionally, if you spend £20 on any of our attractions, rides, games food & drinks online and in advance, your entrance ticket will become free when booked in the same transaction!
Will I need a ticket if I just want to visit the market/Bavarian Hall/bars? / I don’t want to attend any specific attraction do I still need to buy a ticket?
Yes, you will need a valid entrance ticket to enter Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. Please be aware that your entrance ticket does not guarantee you entrance to our Bavarian Hall or other bars.
Do I need my ticket at the entrance gates?
Yes, we ask that all customers come prepared with their tickets downloaded on their phone ready to be scanned by our staff. This will enable you to enter Hyde Park Winter Wonderland as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Does the ticket buyer have to attend the event with me?
No, the ticket buyer does not have to be present at the event. We do however ask that you have the ticket downloaded on your phone ready to be scanned by our staff. Please note all children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
If I have booked an entry slot how long can I stay for?
You will need to enter Hyde Park Winter Wonderland during your entrance ticket time slot, but after that you are welcome to stay and enjoy the festive fun for as long as you like until we close at 10pm.
My attraction ticket time and entrance ticket do not match up. What can I do?
You will need to book a timed entrance ticket for the event, but once you have arrived you will be able to stay as long as you wish, until we close at 10pm. Therefore, if your attraction ticket falls after your entrance slot, please do not worry – you will still be able to attend your booked attraction. Please note you will not be able to gain access to the event prior to your timed entrance slot.
Can I leave the event and return within my timed entry slot?
Once you have entered the event, you will not be able to leave and return on the same entry ticket. Once your ticket has been scanned, you will not be able to re-use it.
I am running late for my entrance slot. What do I do?
We are managing the capacity of Hyde Park Winter Wonderland this year to ensure we have flexibility when responding to government guidelines and any changes to pandemic-related requirements. Therefore, we do ask that people arrive within their timed entrance slot. If you arrive outside of your booked entrance slot, you are not guaranteed entry. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate latecomers who arrive after their timed entrance slot, please note this may not always be possible. Please do make yourself known to a member of staff upon arrival and they will do their best to assist you.
Do you charge a transaction fee?
We do charge a transaction fee for online bookings, and this is charged for the entire booking and not per ticket.
Fees are 10% of your total booking with a maximum charge of £15.00.
Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, please do feel free to gift your tickets to a family member or friend.

What happens if Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2021 is cancelled?
If Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2021 is cancelled by the Event Organisers, please be rest assured you will have the option to request a refund or reschedule your booking for an alternative date. We hope that this gives you confidence in booking a ticket for this year’s event.
I can’t download my ticket. What do I do?
If you have arrived at the event and you are not able to locate or download your ticket, please head to one of our box offices where the staff will be able to assist you.

How do I use a QR code?
- Please open the camera application on your phone (Please note if you do not have the most up to date software on your device, you may need to download an external app to scan your QR code).
- Point your camera at the QR code.
- The QR code must fit completely within your screen.
- You will see a link appear at the top of your screen when the QR code has been registered.
- Click this link and it will take you to the relevant information for the QR code that you have scanned.
I just want to visit the Ice Rink, Magical Ice Kingdom, Circus, Giant Wheel and/or Ice Sculpting Workshops. How do I do this?
If you are looking to book a certain pre-bookable attraction, you will need to book an entrance ticket alongside your attraction tickets.
Please visit your chosen attraction’s page on our website, where you will find further information on how to purchase these tickets. Additionally, for any day throughout the event, if you spend £20 on any of our attractions, rides or games online and in advance of attendance, you will receive a free entrance ticket.
Can I add attraction/ride/game tickets to an existing booking?
Yes, if you head over to our website, you can add tickets to an existing booking by inputting your original booking reference instead of selecting your chosen date on our ticket booking page.
